Now is the time for more acceptance than ever. Acceptance is like protecting yourself with your own shield. It’s a key to move on. The image could be a mirror reflection of self, a companion, close ones or strangers needed to be heard or to be understood. One of the biggest pre-existing mental health vaccines is acceptance.

We should start cultivating acceptance in our lives right now, as we’re likely to cope with future crises and view them from different perspectives. Whether it’s a family loss, a missed opportunity, or a sudden change in your plans, being able to accept things that are out of your control will help you maintain inner peace and happiness. Let’s receive everything with open arms come what may.
